Terms of Use for Hold

These Terms apply when you use Hold, a mobile endurance game published by Kocoukot. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Using Hold

You may use Hold for lawful personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the app, manipulate leaderboard results, misuse advertising or purchase features, or attempt to disrupt the service or other players’ use of it.

Player profile and leaderboard

Hold does not require registration or sign-in. Your player profile is stored on your device and is not an online user account. If you participate in the leaderboard, your display name, avatar, optional country code, and best result may appear publicly. Avoid using private or identifying information in your display name. The app currently has no in-app feature to remove a submitted leaderboard entry.

Ads and rewards

Hold may offer rewarded ads that grant an in-game continuation or attempt after the ad is completed. Ad availability and content depend on the advertising providers, region, and device settings. Do not click or interact with ads deceptively.

In-app purchases

Hold may offer one-time purchases for extra attempts or a day pass. The applicable store will show the price and purchase terms before checkout. Google Play or Apple processes the transaction, and its payment, refund, and cancellation rules apply.

Third-party services

Some features depend on third-party services, including Firebase, advertising providers, TimeAPI.io, Google Play, and Apple. Their availability and their own terms and privacy notices apply to the services they provide.

Updates and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve Hold. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, leaderboard access, or ad availability.

Disclaimer and liability

Hold is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kocoukot disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app or its services change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
