LikeList is a personal app for saving places, dishes, notes, ratings, and photos. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may use LikeList for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that may harm the service or other users.
Some features, including cloud sync and Premium access restore, may require sign-in with a supported provider such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for the use of your account and for maintaining access to your chosen sign-in method.
Content you create in LikeList, including places, dishes, notes, ratings, and photos, remains your responsibility. You must have the right to upload or store any content you add.
LikeList may allow you to add friends, share selected places or dishes in read-only form, and receive friend-related notifications. You are responsible for what you choose to share with friends and for using these features lawfully and respectfully.
LikeList may provide address search, map selection, and optional location-assisted features. You are responsible for using these features lawfully and for any place information, addresses, notes, photos, or coordinates that you choose to save in the app.
Premium subscriptions may be offered through platform billing systems such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment terms are governed by the applicable platform's rules and storefront policies.
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Some parts of the app depend on third-party platforms and services, including sign-in providers, cloud infrastructure, billing systems, maps, and address search providers. Their availability, policies, and technical behavior may affect related app features.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the app is misused or if continued operation of the service becomes impractical.
You can delete your account from the app settings. If you cannot access the app, you may also contact support to request deletion.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
